How I Work

To get the most of the out our sessions together, the quality of our relationship is key. We will work together, building trust and confidence between us and I will offer you a safe and supportive space in which you are free to discover and explore your true feelings without judgement or expectation and a place where you feel truly heard.

Working in a person-centred way, I will not lead you in therapy, however I will be with you every step of the way. I want you to feel empowered by your therapy to realise your inner resources to help to resolve the difficulties you are experiencing. As such, I’m not here to give you advice or pretend to be an expert on your life, after all, when has this really helped you up to now?

This two-way relationship means you need to be ready to work with me to fully understand the root-cause that prompted you to start your therapy journey.
