I’m committed to helping you get to the root of whatever is going on for you, whether it is listed above or not.

 

If I feel I am not able to offer support directly, I may be able to provide alternative suggestions for places of support.

Pre-Therapy consultation

I offer an initial free 20 minute telephone or online consultation which is an informal conversation about any questions you may have, to understand why you are seeking counselling at the moment and to enable you decide if therapy with me, is right for you.

Covid-19 notice:

Throughout the period of Covid-19, I am committed to engaging in additional activities to minimise risks to all clients via safe working practices. Cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures are carried out in line with guidance.

 

Reasonable steps will be taken to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace. Where people cannot keep 2m apart I will ensure at least a 1m distance and will take all the mitigating actions possible to manage transmission risk.

Counselling Rates

Counselling Sessions are 1 hour in length, (face to face, online or telephone)

​

£55 per session (Individuals)

£70 per session (Couples) 

​

The number of sessions you require will be dependent on your individual needs, or needs as a couple. This will be discussed during your pre-therapy consultation and will be reviewed throughout your counselling. Where appropriate, session times can be extended with prior agreement with all parties.

 

Initial Pre-Therapy Consultation – Free

​

Sessions may be paid for by cash/bank transfer on the day following prior agreement.

​

Cancellations – Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours-notice or failure to show for the appointment will incur a £25 fee.

​

Concessions

​

Student Counsellors needing personal therapy hours are welcome at a reduced rate of £35 per session.
